Delivery terms for orders placed with The Water Cart.
This Delivery Policy applies to deliveries arranged by The Water Cart (Pty) Ltd for Cape Aqua water and related products in designated delivery areas.
A minimum order value of R400 applies unless otherwise agreed in writing by The Water Cart.
Delivery availability is subject to route planning, order volume and operational capacity. We reserve the right to limit or refuse delivery to certain locations at our discretion.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will use reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery windows, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, load shedding, stock delays, access restrictions or other events beyond our control.
Standard delivery fees may be waived in selected areas or promotions. Additional charges may apply for outlying areas, special requests, bulk orders, failed deliveries or repeat delivery attempts. Any applicable delivery fee will be communicated before order confirmation.
The customer must provide an accurate delivery address and ensure that a responsible person is available to receive the order at the agreed location and time. Proof of delivery or acceptance by a person at the delivery address will be treated as delivery to the customer.
If the driver cannot complete delivery due to incorrect information, restricted access or no recipient being available, the order may be returned and a further delivery fee may apply before re-delivery is attempted.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability. If a specific product is unavailable, we may contact you to discuss alternatives, revised timing or cancellation of the affected item.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery. Ownership remains with The Water Cart until payment has been received in full where payment is not made in cash on delivery.
