Returns & Refunds Policy

Consumer Protection Act-aligned returns and refunds policy.

1. Our Commitment

The Water Cart is committed to supplying products that meet appropriate quality and safety standards. This policy works together with your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If products are physically damaged, leaking, defective or not fit for human consumption, you may request a replacement or refund. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs where applicable.

3. Incorrect Delivery

If we deliver the wrong products, we will arrange collection and replacement at no additional cost, or issue a refund if the correct products are unavailable.

4. Change of Mind

Because bottled water is a consumable product, sealed undamaged products are generally not returnable for a change of mind once delivered. If you placed an order in error, contact us immediately before dispatch and we will try to assist.

5. CPA Implied Warranty of Quality

In accordance with section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, customers may, where applicable, request a repair, replacement or refund if products fail the implied warranty of quality within six months of delivery.

6. How to Submit a Request

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed via EFT to the customer’s nominated bank account within 5 to 7 business days. The Company may offer a replacement before processing a monetary refund where appropriate.
